Hi Dionne, Thank you for taking the time to write a review! We are so thrilled you found the ordering process easy! We strive for top-notch quality and hate that we dropped the ball with your special order. Our socks are usually comfy, lightweight, and fit perfectly based on the size selected. We are terribly saddened that we didn't deliver the quality expected. We value you as a customer and hope we can create a better experience for you in the near future. With that said, please keep an eye out for an email from our team. We appreciate your business and thank you for your honest feedback. Kind Regards, The PupSocks Team Shae 🐩
