I placed an order for socks with 2 pups. Received a pair of socks with a random pup. I contact customer service via email. I have not received a call or email.

Ordered on the 13th of December, 2021 and still have not received my order of of January 3, 2022. I received a shipping notification on December 21, 2021 with a tracking update that continues to push it out day by day every day. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift with 5 business days delivery. I am seeking a refund as I don't believe the order will ever arrive. I don't want it at this point. I sent an email to the company on 12/31/21. Gmail has sent a return message that it could not be delivered. This company has several complaints against them with the Better Business Bureau (bbb.org pupsocks-0443-27765794/complaints). I would not recommend them based on my experience. I have no idea how to rate the products as I never received my order. My mistake was to not look up reviews before my impulse driven order.

I would not order from them again. The poor quality of the product and lack of customer service is not worth the price. I emailed customer service repeatedly and continued to get firm letters originally ordered 11/29, paid extra for fast shipping. As of January 3rd there was still no order or response. Finally received my order 3 weeks after Christmas, it was placed November 29th. I ordered 5 pair of socks. The pictures were transferred onto 4 of the 5 as expected. The 5th pair looks absolutely horrible. The photo I sent was not recognizable on the socks. Instead of letting me know this photo would not work they made the made the socks anyway and sent them. This is the absolute worse customer service and quality control. I would not order from them again. The poor quality of the product and lack of customer service is not worth the price.

I haven't receive my parcel yet. And I don't have any information about that.!

I still have not received my order, which missed Christmas, and have had no communication from PupSocks from my Customer Support inquiry.

I placed my order on December 5 expecting to receive it back before Christmas. The order did not arrive until after Christmas- very very very disappointed. I will not use this company again

I was very disappointed in the PupSocks I received. The dog picture turned out well but the socks aren’t wearable/comfortable. The material is very stretchy and not sock-like. It is not “soft, comfortable” material as described on the website. The fit is more of "tube sock" instead of a normal sock shape. I tried emailing customer service about my experience but the email provided was unable to receive mail.
