Terrible customer service will never order from here again

Ordered on 12/11/21 as a Christmas present for my daughter. It was supposed to be delivered in 5-10 days which would have arrived before Christmas. It is now Jan 3 and I have still not received it. I can not find a phone number to call customer service to discuss this.

Cute idea but poor execution on a terrible product. The faces on the sock were darker than submitted pics (you would think this would be mentioned/warned about prior to ordering or tweaked at time of production). I know this is a novelty gift, but the socks themselves are terrible. They don't fit and are made in a very weird way. The heel is not in the correct place and the quality is beyond poor. Not soft, and more like a compression sock of sorts. You would never wear these socks, if you could even get them on correctly. Don't waste your money.

Not foot-shaped, like tubes but not stretchy like tube socks. Even with promo, very expensive but hoping at least some goes to donation. Ordered 3 pair, 2 cats each. One pair came with only one cat pictured, even though the email says they received both pics, as well as payment. Too close to gifting time for exchange. It was still fun, but could have been a much better experience. Again, hoping your donation rate is hefty.

This company is a SCAM! Look up other reviews! Wish I had seen them before I ordered. Never received my items. Most people say the same and those that do receive something say it’s not even their pet. DO NOT ORDER. Emails go unanswered and bounce back as undeliverable.

The socks are poorly made with a material that does not match the description. The heal on both pairs isn’t even sewn in, it’s just colored in as part of the print and has no structure to the sock. Communication with your company was terrible and I had a difficult time getting an accurate delivery date. Overall I’m very disappointed with this product as it was a Christmas present for my girls and I felt embarrassed giving them such a poor product that I had high hopes for
