I ordered one pair of sock on 12/12/21 and have yet to get them. I received an email stating they were shipped but when I click on the link it has absolutely no information. I emailed customer service and still haven't heard anything back from them.

Advertised a timeframe for arrival, and didn’t even post the items in that time. I emailed three times and they didn’t even bother to reply. Socks were bad quality when they finally arrived too - not that it mattered since they were so late the person I was gifting them too had left. Absolute scam.

The socks took over a month to arrive, missing Christmas despite the fact that I ordered them in November. And the quality is poor - the material is stiff, scratchy and unwearable. The person I gave them to, after xmas, threw them away. And they were not cheap! Disappointing on so many levels.

Socks are too tight to wear. Can we get a refund? Thanks,

I ordered a month ago and still haven’t received them. Emailed 2 weeks ago and haven’t gotten a response.

Print was way to dark to the poinr where you can not see the face of my dog They did not follow my instructions to remove the bandana either. Haven received any response to reprint the socks yet. I have contacted them several times and no answer.

I unfortunately found out this was a scam after ordering. My order has not arrived and I don't expect it to, since it never shipped. Attempts to reach the company failed. My order was supposed to ship 17 days ago. I've since read many reviews of people with the same experience. I'll be filing a complaint with the BBB and asking my credit card company to open a dispute.

Do not order from PupSocks. They have no customer service at all. I was supposed to get my order before Christmas. Every time I looked up the tracking number they gave me it was unavailable. They have no phone number so I emailed them 4 times and I have still not received an email back from them. I finally got my order after Christmas and the dog face on the socks were so dark you could not even see his eyes or know that it was my dog. I will never order from them again.
