The socks were of expected quality, however the image of the dogs face was pretty dark which was a bit of a bummer. Also, I messaged them twice about an order ship date and received no response.

great job printing my pups faces on the socks but the socks have no grip. Very slippery. Design of the socks needs improvement.

Great product, slow shipping time, below average communication. Ordered these on Dec 9 and then showed up on Dec 30. Product is great, but I still never received a response to my email.

The blanket I ordered looks pretty good but the biggest issue my cat's face is hardly visible unless you look really really closely. I was expecting the face to be prominent over the entire blanket but that wasn't the case, unfortunately. This might be my fault entirely with the picture I chose but I also wished if the picture was too dark one of the designers would reach out and request another picture to use.

The picture came out great and was cropped perfectly. The socks look great, however they are a very thin material, strange fit, and not comfortable. They are also incredibly expensive ($30 for one pair of socks?!). They also were delivered well after expected.

Look good pictures came out nice. The socks though are not so good they don't fit like socks are supposed to. Too expensive for the quality of the socks

Product was lovely, image was super clear on the chosen item. I was very impressed with quality of the image but the socks were not terribly comfy. It took almost a month to receive the product which is a long delay. With better shipping and higher quality in the core item it would be a 5 star company.

The socks turned out great and my mother in law loved them. However, we ordered them over 3 weeks before Christmas, and didnt receive them until almost January. There is no number to call and I never recieved any updates as to why my order was late. Only after I emailed 2 or more times did I receive an email saying they have shipped. The product is great, but the people behind the scenes need to improve.
