Shipping time was long and quality of the picture was bad.

Order was not delivered in promised window of time. Tracking never updated. Giving 2 stars ONLY because I did receive my order and it was correct.

Overpriced and promised contact from designer to confirm the look before printing never happened.

After my order was placed I reached out two separate times with two serrated questions. I got an email back saying to give them up at 72 hours to reply and never heard anything back weeks later. I ordered on the 13th. It said 3-5 days to ship. Nothing about how long they take to make. It didn’t ship til the 22nd. I didn’t get it until the 31st. The socks are cute and in the grand scheme of things they didn’t take a ridiculous amount of time to arrive. I just don’t like how they wouldn’t respond to my questions and the only “tracking” they gave me was a link to ups or fedex and it wouldn’t tell me anything other than live updates not available so I literally didn’t even know when it would arrive or if it said it had already.

The photo and design look great. However, the sock itself is a poor quality material and the sizing is way off. I ordered these in an XL for my brother, and they are waaaaay too small. In fact, they actually fit my very small, 11-year old niece.

My original order from them was great but my gf lost her cat mask and I ordered a replacement. The replacement showed up looking like it had sat in the sun for a month and was completely faded. I reached out to their customer support and never heard back. If you are lucky they provide a great product but I am very displeased with the new product and lack of response from support.

Dog's face turned out really well, but the socks are impossibly thin and plasticky feeling. They were great for a laugh, but no one would want to actually wear those socks, and $30 (that's with a discount) for a gag gift is pretty steep.

The print was good but the fit is terible. The material that the socks are made of prevent any room for an instep. In other words, its like putting on a stright sock that has no felxability. The material needs to be cotton or another flexable material.
