Terrible experience. Poor customer service -- email only, slow response, scripted unhelpful answers. Order was wrong -- I ordered a background, and received a blank background. Poor quality product, esp for price -- feels like grandpa's cheap polyester socks. Inaccurate shipping and turnaround times stated. Ordered 11/22. Received 12/21. And just know in advance the "designers" do nothing but cut and paste. Your photos need to be perfect. I sent my concerns to company. 11 days later they responded with a 10% coupon for future orders. Their current offer to the general public is 30%. Fail.

I have ordered many socks which have looked terrific. I ordered a blanket and am very displeased with the way the photo looks. I tried sending an email but habe not heard back

I ordered socks for a Christmas present. The arrival date was 12/21/21. I didn’t receive until after Christmas and the wrong dog was on the socks and they were the wrong size. No one from pupsocks has retrieved any emails regarding this matter after multiple times trying to contact them to rectify. There is no phone number listed for them so you can’t even call. This company should be called Pupsucks

I just received my socks and I’m very unhappy. The pictures of the dog are so dark you can’t even tell what it is. I am very disappointed. I can’t even give them as a gift. If someone can email me back I would appreciate it.

The order did not make it in time for Christmas. In addition, when it did finally come, it was incorrect. The wrong order. A different dog entirely.

Your company and your product are terrible. Your software left me uploading the same photo twice. I had wanted two dogs on the socks, but one photo got uploaded twice. I sent an email and chatted with you folks online, alerting you to the situation. I sent the second photo to you. But the socks arrived and just one photo had been applied. Didn't anyone realize that it was odd for one photo to be uploaded twice? And your socks got here AFTER Christmas, so their value as a gift was useless. And the quality of your socks is garbage. You are a fraud and I will never buy anything from you again. I hope you have a terrible New Year.

On December 11, after seeing a 30% off promotional and the promise to ship within 2-5 business days, I took the plunge on these rather pricey socks. When it came to checkout, (after much scrutiny) I couldn’t find a place for the promo code, and ended up buying them at full price. I emailed the company explaining that I couldn’t locate the promo code input field (could have been my mistake) and asking for the $9 refund of missed savings. Not only did I not hear from them (expect with numerous spam emails) they didn’t process my order for weeks, and my husband’s Christmas present showed up on the 28th, 12 business days after purchase. And the quality of the socks - wow. Hospital socks are better than these. They are essentially a shiny, synthetic tube with your image printed on it that distorts in an unattractive way when stretched (i.e. being worn). Pretty confident my husband will never wear these ugly things. Definitely don’t waste your money on this company. Over promised, waaaay underperformed.
