If I could give negative stars I would. I ordered these as a gift and needed them by Jan 10th. My package arrived with socks with the wrong dog on them. There is no way to contact customer service other than email and it’s now been 6 days with no reply at all on what can be done about this situation. I am sure I will not receive the correct item in time and think it’s really a shame that proper customer service is not in place to handle these kinds of issues. Very disappointing.

NEVER DELIVERED

After my order received many emails stating that they received the design and were working on it. However, after not receiving for over two weeks (per there website says you should receive within like 5 business days) I never received a shipping notification so I contacted the email on the page. Received a automated response that someone would get back to me. No one has ever reached out. No email back. Nothing. I received a shipped confirmation but it doesn’t update so it’s just stuck on the waiting pickup. Even when you put for expedited shipping. So after Christmas I was going to reach out to PayPal and once I started a claim the socks showed up in my mailbox. The sock itself aren’t too good of quality. Would not recommend per the customer service is nonexistent and the socks were late in getting shipped and delivered. Tracking information doesn’t work. Sock quality is crap.

Horrible! I will never order from this company again. I still have not received the socks! I ordered it on December 7th. It says my order will be here on the 3rd. That’s almost a month later. Very disappointed. This is unacceptable

I’ve ordered from you before and was very pleased. This time however, the quality of the socks is sub standard. The material is VERY thin and they don't have the shape of socks. They’re just a tube. The images are fine but the “socks” are awful. I’d like to return for a refund. Rick DiFonzo

Very disappointed in this product. The material is very low quality; non-breathable & hot to wear. The image of our Labrador retriever literally printed as a black blob. I requested that his name, Mac, be printed along with his picture. What I received was random letters of BFC. I ordered the product close to Christmas, which was cutting it close but received an email with an arrival date before Christmas. A few days later, a follow-up email started arriving after Christmas along with a 50% coupon for a future purchase. No discount or shipping refund was offered on this purchase. I feel like I wasted $30 on a gimmick item. I would not order again.
