Ordered Dec 12 and have yet to receive update regarding my order. I sent email for update and still haven’t received any updates. Very upset with the customer service.

Because of the pattern I chose you are not really able to see my dog on the socks. Although I am the one who chose the pattern I had no way of knowing they would turn out this way. I’m very disappointed with this purchase. It would be helpful if you could see an image of what the finished sock will look like before paying. I won’t be ordering again.

Hello, I wish I could review my order but it’s been almost a month and I still haven’t received it. I did receive a tracking number but it didn’t work. I also sent a message to customer service but haven’t received any response back. I was really hopeful and excited for these socks to give to my sister for Christmas. However it hasn’t arrived and now I’ll have to pay for extra shipping to send to her if I even receive them.

I ordered socks for my fiancé for Christmas and they were the wrong socks. I sent in multiple messages through the website and tried to email and the email came back saying it was invalid. I understand mistakes happen but the lack of communication is less than ideal.

Got the wrong socks, with pictures of dogs that I don't know of, tried to get a refund, but nobody responds be back.

Exchange/Refund? I received someone else's socks in my order instead of the ones I ordered and have been trying to contact them for more than a week and still haven't got a response. This was my worst shopping experience of the year. The socks showed up a week after the website said they would (well after Christmas), the quality of the sock was absolutely terrible (they seem to be plastic tubes with a hard crease — what sock as a hard crease), and the images were absolutely distorted. I have tried to reach them 10 times via their chat / email web functions and keep getting automated messages or return emails. I want a refund and please do not buy these folks.

Socks are not comfortable or stretch. Cannot be worn
