Terrible customer service. Tried several times and different media outlets to contact. Still no answer. Received the wrong order. Plus item was late for Christmas and order with enough time to ship on time.

I placed my order on 12/6/21 and still have not received my socks.

There is no proof or way to see what it will look like. It turned out really weird and the head was cut off of one of the pictures on the blanket.

I was so excited to get these socks for my so . Sent picture with 2 dogs. The socks I got have the wrong dog on them. Sent email regarding this and never heard back.

Not only did my item not ship when they said it would but when I finally got it it was awful the photo looked nothing like my cat was a different color than my cat you couldn't see any details of the face and the company is horrible about responding they've just stopped responding when I said that the blank it was unacceptable

Unfortunately, I cannot give a review higher than 1 star. The idea of PupSock is great but the execution was poor. I provided a high resolution pic of my puppy and the printed image on the sock is barely discernible. The sock itself is made of a stretch material that I am not familiar. It almost feels like a compression sock. Overall, I'm not happy with the two pairs of socks that I purchased and would not recommend using this company.

Order took more than a month to produce. Ordered Nov 11, shipped Dec 20! Socks are poor quality material, masks are ill-fitting. The faces on the socks are extremely dark and one animal wasn't even on the socks, even though I paid for it. Customer service is non-existent. Emails either don't get answered or take weeks to respond. Very dissatisfied. Will never order again.

The socks are not cut / made for feet, heels or ankles to go into and move in. It’s a tube sewn closed at one end. The fabric collects around the ankle and makes movement hard and restricted and makes it hard to put shoes on. My husband will not ever wear these $30 socks because they’re so uncomfortable.
