I ordered during December, so I'll preface this review by allowing that it was holiday madness; however, this was a Christmas gift that failed to reach us in time. The end result was correct and very cute but there was no customer service to be found until after I received the socks, which was too late to make it into our boss's gift. There was no telephone number listed on the website and I emailed and tried to schedule a chat multiple times but had no response until after the socks has arrived. The maddening part was that my inbox was flooded with multiple daily marketing blasts from Pupsocks, but no follow-up regarding my order inquiries. I was afraid to unsubscribe from the eblasts because I didn't want to miss an actual response! I am now unsubscribed and will not be ordering again. These cute socks will become our boss's birthday gift in November 2022.

Although the pictures were pretty clear, the quality of the socks was terrible. They were almost like compression socks. I bought these for my boyfriend and once he put them on, his dog's face stretched so much it was unrecognizable. Plus they were not comfortable at all. I was so excited when I ordered them but very disappointed when I actually received them. They aren't even shaped like socks! I would really appreciate a refund and totally believe it is warranted.

I'm only being honest here and I wish your business good luck as it is such a cute idea. My order came a month later and was not able to be given for a Holiday gift. I am very disappointed in the low quality of the socks, not cotton but seems like nylon. A cotton blend would make them so much better :(

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience. IN total I ordered 4 pairs , for grandkids and Niece. 2 pairs were correct & 2 pairs were not correct size. The size I chose, which was offered was XS ( kids youth size 1-5) They were for my 2 granddaughters . The socks that were sent were the same as the adult size I ordered. Way too big for them., Not even close to a youth size. Have been round and round with this company to replace with the correct size, they now tell me they do not do youth sizes , this is not what the size chart said. I asked for a refund for those 2 pairs, I was told I would have a credit to order something else. I cannot get the size I need so I do not intend to order anything else. I have asked several times for a refund of the 2 pairs that they messed up. It has been very frustrating & disappointing. IN total I spent $71.78 and am now out the $ for 2 pairs that were not delivered correctly.

Communication from PupSocks was poor. I had actually reached out with two different questions one of which I never got a response to and the other took an extended amount of time. It also took a long time for me to get my order. Additionally, I was disappointed in the quality of sock. The socks are thin, and in two of the orders there was a black line going throughout the socks.

I received someone else’s socks … Not my pup. In fact they were cats. I attempted to contact pupsocks however never received a reply

The socks are cute...but I ordered them December 7 for a Christmas gift for my husband. My friend and co-worker also ordered a pair for her husband the same day and time. She received hers prior to Christmas; mine came over a week later. I had tried to contact Customer Service to no avail. This was frustrating.

I can't rate the quality of the socks because I haven't received them yet. I ordered them on Dec 2nd for a Christmas gift and it's been over a month and I still don't have them. When I emailed (3 times) it took days to get a very generic answer. If you are looking for a quick gift I would advise you to pass.
