GoPupSocksReviews of gopupsocks.com

The concept of these are great! But the execution of them were horrible. i don't even think these will be worn! The fabric is horrible and its just a tub fit? So it is painful at the ankle. Absolutely terrible execution! Wouldn't even consider these socks!

Ordered on Dec 11 and still have not received order as of Jan 3. Will review more completely after seeing the product.

Socks arrived with the wrong dog on them, in the wrong size and color. Tried to contact customer service, but the email is bouncing, as they've turned off incoming complaints. FB comments deleted, but groups say that this is not at all uncommon. Filed for a chargeback since the company clearly doesn't care. WOULD NEVER ORDER AGAIN.

I would give PupSocks a Negative 10 if I could!!! I ordered a pair of PUP socks on December 15. Their ad on Facebook said they would ship out within about five days so I was expecting them before Christmas. Nothing on their website or during the order process said any alert that they would not arrive before Christmas. As Christmas approached I emailed a couple of different times to check the status of my order and I never got a response back. Well, my order finally arrived yesterday January 2, and it was the wrong order!! It was an order for another person, a different dog, a different sock design…EVERYTHING WAS WRONG!!! I have emailed again to notify them and this time to request a full refund and so far I hear nothing back again. Stay away from this company do not give them your money!!! $30 for one pair of socks and I feel like they stole my money, and their customer service is AWFUL!! Take your business somewhere else!!! There’s no phone number to call, either, that should have been a red flag to me! Please learn from my lesson!!!

Got wrong product with other owner’s pet and they never respond my email for getting my right order. Poor communication.

Completely screwed up my order, ZERO CUSTOMER SUPPORT, no 1-800 phone to call or any number to call. I had to call the phone number listed in my call several times and it was a cel phone with no message or option to leave a message. HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE AVOID THESE PPL AT ALL COSTS.

Very dissatisfied with customer service response (none), production and shipping (too late for Christmas), quality of product (terrible material for socks), and image quality (much darker reproduction than the pictures provided). I want a full refund but can't get a response from the company.

Awful blanket can even see my cats face very dissatisfied
