Late and bad quality for the price

Amazingly disappointed with this product. The socks themselves were of poor quality - not stretchy or comfortable at all. Just low quality tube socks made in China ( printed on the product packaging). Besides the quality, the photos were all dark on the sock. Not worth the money at all. Would NOT recommend. Wish I had my money back.

horrible experience. 1) Ordered two weeks before XMAS in hopes to get in time for XMAS. I'm in GA as well so i figured two weeks was enough. But NO, it did not come until December 26th. 2) Wrong items was sent to me. Wrong Dog and color and overall order number. I uploaded a german shapard on red socks. I got some cats and a "Best Dad" sock. Wrong item shipped. 3) i reached out to these guys two times with no response. horrible customer service. I wish i read the reviews before i ordered. 4) i recommend you contact the better business burau and your credit card company when this terrible company screws you.

I tried to order socks from PupSocks.com and the order just sits in shipping. When I inquired about the socks, that cost $36.27, I was given the run around and was asked for my credit card number that they had no record of to refund me. The person that answered the number sounded like they still had a hangover from NYE. I just want the socks I ordered on December 10th, 2021, that said they were complete on December 18th, 2021 and were never shipped. I have tried to contact PupSocks through their website and all I get are generic emails back. I would not recommend them to anyone.

How do I get my money back. What are these socks made from … they are not a wearable sock.

Took wayyyyyy longer than stated.

The pair of socks received wasn't even close to what I ordered. The email address for support isn't a valid email so I can't even contact them. Not a good store at all

My order arrived later than expected, after Christmas. It doesn't even matter that these were going to be a gift though because I received socks with someone else's face on them. There is no way to reach customer service other than email, and they have not responded within the 72 hour timeframe they said that they would. I will not be recommending this company.
