The product never showed up and I can't get anybody from pupsock to return my email.

The images I submitted came out very dark on the sox and you can barely make out what they are, or that it's two different dog's faces. And the quality of the sox isn't great either. Overall I'm pretty disappointed considering they cost as much as they did.

It took a month to receive the order and when I opened it, you can hardly make out my dogs face at all. The cropping of the head was bad and you can’t see the whole face (just his tongue and one eye). Not pleased with the purchase.

Paid for expedited shipping with a before Christmas guarantee and still have not received my package as of 1/3. Customer service has yet to respond to my claim. Horrible company, look elsewhere.

I’m very disappointed with the socks I ordered. I tried reaching out several times to get an update on the status with no reply until they shipped. There is no phone number to call. The photo on the socks is not very clear, the fabric feels cheap and for $30 + I feel like I got taken.

Not only was this a Christmas gift purchased in November that didn’t arrive until well after the holiday, but this company also lazily cropped my dog’s face in half. I can’t believe the designer who looked at my dog’s photo thought this was an acceptable product. I’ve been contacting customer service for days, and noting. They promise reprints and refunds for faulty socks but you will never hear from this company.

Not soft. Very stiff material. Doesn't fit on foot well at all. I believe they changed the material because my older Pup Socks were much softer and fit much better. Never again.
