I never received the socks. Sent messages to customer service, no response... such a bummer

You sent me the wrong socks and you don't have an obvious customer support email to reach out to. I replied to 2 different emails you sent me, both came up with unable to send mailer-daemon auto repiies. How am I supposed to get a hold of you to fix this?

Terrible delivery time. When I finally received it, the socks were the exact opposite of what I ordered. I ordered red socks with my dog and received blue socks with someone else's cats. Can it get any less accurate than that? Just terribly disappointed. This ruined a surprise group gift for someone who really needed the pick me up at a tough time. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If I could give less than 1 star, believe me I would! My son chose these socks as a Christmas gift for his aunt, prior to the deadline for holiday delivery that was listed on the website. Unfortunately, we did not receive the order until after Christmas. If that weren't upsetting enough, the order was incorrect, including the wrong sock design and a photo of a stranger's dog. I'm sure his humans are missing their sock order too! I have reached out to the company and received one automatic reply indicating they were busy working and would respond within 72 hours. That time came and went. The next two emails bounced back as undeliverable. Terribly disappointing experience. Still wondering if we will ever get the correct order. I will be notifying my financial institution and filing a fraud claim.

Horrible customer service. Claimed they’d reply back on 48 hours and I’m still waiting for their reply. I ordered a special order on December 6 and their production time said it would arrive before Christmas. I’m still waiting for the product and was forced to buy my secret Santa a different gift. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

It arrived too late and then more. The pictures were dark on the sock. Will most likely not use this again and would not feel comfortable recommending to anyone.
