Not as advertised I was surprised by the sizing...I ordered small for my wife, and they were much too large. They have good stretch though. I may have to regift to someone else, I'm not sure my wife will ever wear them Shipping took FOREVER. I didn't need a rush order, but they didn't arrive within the estimated time frame. The colors were a little off (my wife says that's just my opinion, so who knows) I'm not quite sure I would order again. Quality is good overall; I imagine it's hard to get things like this accurate when it's personalized

I purchased 2 pair of socks - one turned out great and one not so much. The one that didn’t turn out was of a black dog with black nose and eyes. The image turned out more of a silhouette not a photo. This was my first time ordering so I had no idea. For the price of these socks, I would have appreciated an email informing me how the image would turn out, well in this case, not turn out. Very disappointed as this was a gift.

Not great quality, pretty cheap in fact. Image quality a lot darker than image I submitted.

The socks are adorable however the fabric is not quality.

The socks I ordered were too tight for the recipient. I’ve already sent this review once and have never been responded to. I placed my order on 12/14/21 and asked for a call from a representative and I’ve yet to be contacted. Your customer service needs a lot of improvement! I would like a larger pair made so that the person I bought these socks for can actually wear them.

It would have been nice to see a proof as one of the faces is almost too dark to see the cats face. I don’t remember seeing that option to view before submitting the order. Did I miss something?

I bought 5 pairs for my family for Christmas presents and overall I am happy with how they turned out. The print quality is great, the process was very easy, they shipped quickly. However, one thing that disappointed me was the overall quality of the sock fabric. It's stiff, uncomfortable in the first few wears, and feels weird, for lack of a better word.

I ordered my pupsocks on Dec. 10 and received them dec 30. I ordered them for Christmas gifts and was embarrassed that they were not here in time. I could see if i was a last minute shopper but one would think ordering dec.10 would have left you plenty of time to get here for Christmas. Your CS is terrible. Your return emails say you will get back to me but over 9 days later, still did not hear back from you. I unfortunately will not be a repeat customer and will not be recommending you to anyone. Your facebook comments are not good about you, you should work on a better business plan.
