We liked the photo but the quality of the socks is bad. They don’t stretch like normal socks and they bunch up and feel like plastic. We were hoping for better quality at this price.

This product(s) are cute but the quality is poor. One of the pairs has what appears to be two different types of textile upon which the picture is printed, and is also snagged in places. The dog’s photo looks good. Overall product quality is poor.

Ordered pair of custom socks for my daughter for Christmas on Nov 25. Product didn't arrive until Dec 27. Socks look great but defective as in one sock is too tight even though they are the same size. So my daughter can not wear them. I reached out immediately via email and the immediate response was that due to holiday volume it might take 3 days for response. No response at all !

I ordered two weeks before Christmas based on being told that there was still plenty of time to order and receive by Christmas. I did not receive my socks until several days after Christmas. When they shipped on the 21st, the email message said btw, the shipping method we are using is taking 5 days to sort at the facility. Obviously, I would not have ordered these as a Christmas gift if they were going to shipped through the mail on the 21st. When I finally received the socks, the dogs faces were incredibly dark. And there was someone else's socks in my package. So someone else not only didn't get theirs by Christmas, they probably didn't even get them by 2022.

The material was not soft and they felt strange and uncomfortable. The socks were MUCH larger then they seemed in the online photos. This picture of my dog was good but the rest lacked everything.

Lovely idea and product - hard to complete order - kept getting bot responses about some autocompleted address issue. Your system didn’t recognise a legitimate address and bounced me. Product still hasn’t arrived.

I tried to contact customer service regarding mailing time and change the mailing address on 12/3 and did not receive a response until 12/18, 4 days after the socks had been mailed, apologizing for not responding and for "any inconvenience". At that time I emailed the company and told them my story and that I was not satisfied. So now my son and his girlfriend did not get their Xmas gift on time and I had to pay more shipping charges after Xmas to send them to my son. As of today, 1/6/22, I have still not received a response to my complaint,,,, Not impressed!
