They sent me the wrong design & it was NOT my dog on the socks. I’ve sent a couple of emails with no response. Would not spend that much money again to get the wrong order.

I still haven't gotten my order and its been a month. I wrote in to the customer service and still haven't heard back.

Terrible customer service. Had to wait more than 3 weeks for delivery. They put the wrong pet on my socks. Wrote 3 emails over the course of 2 weeks, no response. They have gotten rid of their telephone help like. While a great idea, the socks themselves feel like polyester and are not comfortable. Many other places offer this custom printing service. Do yourselves a favor and don't waste your money.

I ordered two pairs of socks on Black Friday for two little girls for Christmas. I did not receive them until December 29. The week before Christmas I reached out to PUP socks and never received a response. I emailed them two times and sent a DM on Instagram. The “response” I received was to get a notification that my item was shipped. However, while watching the tracking, it never actually reached the shipper for another five days. I was not able to get updates on where it was after that. They did not arrive until December 29th. They were supposed to be kid sizes and were huge. Do not waste your money. I never will again.

This company has ZERO customer service. There is no phone number listed, so I emailed multiple times. Three weeks later no product and no return email. Crickets…Oh, except for all of the marketing emails! Do NOT use this company!

Ordered Dec 10-Have not received and can’t get through to customer service.
