Despite ordering in December 6th, my order took 23 days to fulfill. The socks came with a picture printed so dark that I could barely tell it was my dogs picture. Customer service has yet to respond to any inquiries.

Haven't received the socks I ordered 12/15/2021. The tracking information I was sent shows no progress. UPS says they haven't received, and Pup Socks hasn't responded to my inquiry. Really sucky service for an expensive pair of socks.

The photo was not what I uploaded and look just like any dog of this breed. The fabric of the sock is terrible! Will never buy again! Over priced for a bad product

When placing the order, they stated I will receive the product in 8-10 business days. It didn’t ship until the 10th business day, making it arrive late for Christmas. Of course one could be understanding about that but the lack of response to my inquiry is unacceptable. They completely ignored my email inquiry despite the auto-reply promising contact. To err is forgivable, to ignore a customer that spent $60 on 2 pairs of socks is not. They have it in them to send me tons of advertising email but not in them to respond to me when I have an issue.

I received the wrong product. I ordered socks with my dogs picture on them I received a different colour than I ordered with an unknown dog. I have attempted to contact PupSocks through every possible way available on their website and they have not responded. Several of my emails have been returned as non deliverable. I have received several automated responses but nothing else. There are other companies that make the same product as PupSocks, I suggest you try them. I will never use this company again.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed in these socks. I have a black dog and the image was just a black blob on the socks. My husband still liked them, but for the cost, I'll think twice before ordering again. I hope that in the future, PupSocks will improve their technology so that when an image is too dark, they'll let the customer know before ordering.

I reached out 3x to figure out if my order would get here before Christmas (ordered 11/29). When I got zero response, I tried to cancel, but again, no response. So, I didn't have the gift for Christmas and also couldn't cancel. Im in the process of going through my bank now since no response from pupsocks after a full month

The quality of the socks is not that good. I sent in a great picture and it doesn't really look that great on the socks. But the most annoying thing is the fact that they arrived a week after Christmas.
