Wrong socks sent and not even my dog. Daughter order for me for Christmas and has been very disappointed. The lack or response to the site has been discouraging as well. Wondering if this has all just been a complete scam as there is no number to contact and its been over a week and no reply from customer service emails. Finally a reply weeks later and sending repeat pair. Will update review upon receiving

Wasn't what I was expecting. Material is not comfortable and not comfortable wearing.

Sent me 1 of the wrong pair of socks, 2 were correct. Then did not answer emails.

The website says you’ll receive them within 8-10 business days but it took way longer than that. I reached out to their customer service about when they would be arriving about 15 days after I had ordered them (since they still weren’t here) and they have yet to respond to me. A little frustrating that it took so long to get them and their customer service can’t even respond.

Terrible socks. Terrible material Don’t fit. What a waste of money. My daughter liked the picture of dogs but that’s all. She can’t wear them.

The socks were very late, didnt come close to meeting the Shipping SLAs noted on their website. One of the 3 pairs I ordered had the wrong picture on them (Someone elses pet!) The quality of the socks is extremely poor - not something anyone will wear unfortunately. Avoid this company and the iterations of this brand which seem to be many.

Horrible product and no reply from customer service. Do not buy from this company! Dog image came back as a blackened silhouette - nothing like advertised. The sock itself was a weird nylon material - also not as advertised. No response from customer service after I reached out and it’s been a week. Will never use this company again

I paid extra for the Christmas Guarantee. They did not arrive by Christmas. When they turned up 5 days later they were the wrong socks. Not our dog. Plus they looked cheap. I reached out to ‘Customer Service’. It’s been 5 more days. I have not even received the courtesy of a response. Donate your money instead. It will be better spent.
