Did not receive what I ordered. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied! If there was less than one star I would use it. One star is being generous. Completely ignored the order request. 🥵

This company is a scam. Never received socks...claimed shipped via email..and I called the number below and claim socks no longer available and only way to get refund is to fill out a form ****SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM BEWARE

Ordered these socks one month ago and they never arrived. The receipt said I'd receive them in 5-8 days. At the 12 day mark, I wrote to them asking for an ETA and never heard back. Instead, I get emails from them every day advertising more things. Wish they'd spend more money on taking care of the customers they already have / fulfilling their orders, than advertising, but alas.

The image was great but the material and socks themselves suck. The socks don’t even fit my foot let alone my husbands foot. I bought a Male Medium and it does not fit according to the size. The most expensive pair of socks I ever bought that are absolutely useless and can’t even be worn. The ankle and calf portion of the sock is so tight it’s hard to get your foot in at all. The worst purchase I could of made. Don’t waste your money. Cute idea, but a terrible & $h*tty product!

I was sent the wrong socks and could not get in contact with anyone to fix this issue.

Did not get what I ordered. Was not even close. The order number on the label was not even close to my actual order number, so I guess they were just sending whatever to whoever. I have sent several messages (with pictures) to customer service with no response. Also tried their support email and it bounced. Update - 2022-01-15 - Finally received a response from customer service on 1/10 and received the correct socks on 1/15.

Terrible printing and the quality of the sock is also terrible. Not sure what I was expecting, but I am not impressed. I was very excited to give these to my son but was very disappointed and not even sure if I will give these to him afterall.

The shipping your company uses is awful. I ordered at the beginning of December, and still have yet to receive. I can't speak to the quality of the product, since it hasn't come. In the future for customers sake, don't use UPS Mail Innovations!
