I placed the order a month before Christmas. I did not receive the order until New Years. I reached out inquiring about my order and heard back apologizing I was not responded to on December 29th. Even the quality of the finished product doesn't even look that great. I could have done this on Etsy and probably for cheaper AND it probably would have arrived on time. I will NEVER order something from you all again. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift. I even live right here in Atlanta! Every other gift I ordered from companies all came before Christmas, even ones I ordered well after I ordered from you. This is incredibly disappointing and seems to be flat out lazy on your end. I WILL NEVER order from you all again.

L The quality, in my opinion, was not great and the image becomes pixelated when the socks are worn. Furthermore, the shipping cost was too high and took almost 2 weeks to arrive. Not a stocking stuffer after all.

Aside from the super long processing time, the socks are just so weird. The socks have a strange texture to them, almost a cross between a sock and thick nylons. I ordered one photo on a red sock and it actually looks like the red was printed onto the sock along with the photo, instead of it actually being a red sock. There are white lines down both sides like the sock was printed on both sides as it was laying flat and so the color didn't make it all the way around. My dog's face was cropped in an odd way so that half his head and his ears are missing. Very poor quality.

For the amount of $ that you fork out for these socks, you would expect at least a decent pair of socks. Not sure how the other products that they sell are, but the quality of the socks is beyond dismal. I would not buy these again. The picture is good but the sock itself is not. Bought them as a gift for my son but he says that they are really uncomfortable. What a shame. Save your money and get something else!!!!

Placed an order on 12/13 received a message on 12/21 that it had shipped. When I check the tracking 1/4 the package still shows label printed with no other shipping info. Waiting for a return message from the customer service department.

I still have not got my order and emails are not being answered. This is horrible service

-production took weeks -tracking feature on website could not locate my order & received no reply to a customer service request on the issue -paid for expedited shipping, shipping took weeks as well -quality of socks is poor: designer did not follow directions provided & material is stiff and uncomfortable

This was a Christmas gift. Inlaid for Christmas guarantee or money back. I received it after Christmas and trying to get ahold of someone is virtually impossible!!! I sent several email onky to get (someone will reach out to me within 72 hours) STILL NOTHING ! Will NOT recommend!
