I just haven't got my order yet. A lot of delay, can someone help?

Did not give me what I ordered. I wanted facemash socks with my image I submitted as a gift for my girlfriend. They sent plain socks with a random dog on them.

I have not received the order. I’ve sent numerous requests for an update with no response. The tracking number provided has said it would update “as soon as possible” for the last three weeks. This was a Christmas present and was ordered over a month ago.

Hello I ordered these for my daughter for Christmas well there was some confusion on the picture I attached I told them which dog to use and I just finally received my order yesterday, so not for Christmas, but they also used the wrong dogs face on the socks after I specifically told them which one to use

I ordered my pup socks on 11/24, and received a notification on 12/16 that the order had shipped. It is now January and the package still doesn’t have an ETA on the tracking number I received. I cannot get anyone to respond to me. Extremely disappointed.

I still haven’t received my order that was placed on December 6th. I’ve emailed and nobody has answered me.

My order was placed on 12/18 and I selected the expedited 2-day air shipping speed that was supposed to be "guaranteed delivered by Christmas." My order shipped on 12/21 via "UPS Mail Innovations" which is NOT expedited and was not what I selected and paid for. I reached out to your customer service department via your website form on 12/24 looking for an explanation and have yet to hear anything back. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service received. And also during the time I've been waiting for a response from customer service, I get spam emails every day from you. I understand those emails are automated, but it just doesn't look very good from a customer's point of view.

This is not what I ordered at ALL. I have emailed already and not gotten. response. The picture I submitted isn't even on the blanket its just random dog that y'all chose. If I don't hear from you by tomorrow I am calling my bank to fraud the charge and never using your service again. Call me at 48022218317
