Placed my order on November 18th. Website says production takes 5-7 business days... After 2 weeks I sent an email to inquire when my order will be shipped. I didn't get a response until yesterday, and it clearly was not an honest one and proved no one actually checked my order. The representative replied saying my order will ship "in three business days." I checked my email, and noticed it shipped the night before he sent that email. It just proves customer service is just guessing production/ship times for each order and does not genuinely look into each case. Nonetheless, my order will not be here until December 11th (according to DHS). A month for a pair of overpriced socks is ridiculous. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will never purchase from this company again. Please save your money and look elsewhere!

Ordered on November 19th. On November 27 got a notification that they were being shipped. It's now Dec 6 and the shipping hasn't updated. I have emailed the company twice to ask where they are and no reply. Secret Santa celebration ruined. Oy !

I still have not received my order yet I paid for it. It looks like it got lost along the way according to shipping tracking and I've emailed you and haven't heard back.

I am extremely disappointed in the quality of these socks. $30+ dollars and a long wait for my order to arrive for a terrible product.

I again have a chance to review my horrible experience! Funny that I received an email today by Pupsocks wanting me to review them yet after at least 8 emails to them I can’t get a reply! This is my worst experience ever ordering online! These socks were supposed to be here today for my grandsons birthdays! Needless to say they won’t be! Tracking says “in production” and again they will not reply to me at all! Below you will find one of my early emails to them! Before you order, check out their “F” raining on BBB website! As you can see from the correspondence below, I am trying to contact you about my order once again. I told you I needed this by Dec. 7 and again as you see below I was told it would be here. I was also told I would receive an email by last Friday showing the shipping confirmation. I have NOT received any emails! I tracked my order and it says still in production. What is going on and WHAT IS THE STATUS???!!! This is a birthday gift for the 7th! I NEED SOMEONE ASAP TO LET ME KNOW WHAT IS THE STATUS! This is very poor customer service! Been a month since order and have not received order

I placed an order on November 13th and can’t seem to get an honest answer about where my order is. I have emailed repeatedly. They have given me a tracking number (DHL delivery), but the tracking number has indicated for 7 days that my order is en route to the distribution center. There is no other update. I have contacted DHL and they send back a auto-reply, but don’t answer my question. Save yourself a headache and don’t order from this company. I will have to dispute this order tomorrow.

Ornament is flat and cheap looking. Definitely not worth $20.
