I ordered a pair of socks on December 6th - and when I placed the order it said that they would arrive by December 20th (before Christmas) The gift was for our son who traveled from Michigan to Oregon. I did realize that mail is slower these days - but wasn't worried because even though they might not arrive for Christmas, they would surely arrive by the time he would leave, which was January 2nd. I tried tracking the order - and it always said they had been delivered to Morrow, Georgia awaiting pick up. Our son left on the 2nd and we didn't receive the socks until Tuesday, January 4th. Now I will have to pay to send them to him. We ordered so many gifts for the holidays and not one was this late in arrival. We didn't get any update whatsoever on why they were delayed or an apology. Won't be ordering again, nor will I recommend to others. Also, one of the pets faces is completely black - the eyes don't even show up. Seems like the person that printed the socks would have alerted us to this. It's a bummer.

These were a total waste of money! Ordered Dec 15th and received Jan 4, 2022. Never seen socks that look like this!

Well a couple things went wrong. I paid for expedited shipping and didn’t get it for 2 weeks. And trying to inform them of this issue was met with silence. I have ordered with this company before and this will be my last. Too many issues and no response.

Our socks did not turn out well :( the picture just didn’t print well and you can’t see our dogs face. Love the idea but just didn’t end up looking great.

I ordered 3 pairs of socks as Christmas gifts, and I received 3 pairs, only 1 of which belong to me. The other 2 pairs have someone else's dog on them. I have emailed the company 3 times, but still haven't heard when i can expect to receive the socks i ordered.

Most people's dogs live better lives than their kids, with that said I think the people running the show at PupSocks simply under estimated the demand and were overwhelmed by the orders?? I did not have any communications on my order outside of a bunch of automated emails until after I got them. The number of online reviews about people getting the wrong order was very concerning. I did eventually get the order and my wife loved them. Until that point I would have said it was a complete scam. I think PupSocks needs to retool or find out where the problems are soon if they plan on being in business going forward.

I was looking forward to this gift as it was my first Christmas with my boyfriend. His dog also encountered some health issues which made the gift even more special. Unfortunately the pictures of the pup were so dark we can’t even see his eyes. I will not order again. It would have been beneficial if a person/tech/appointed employee reviewed the picture and if the print was sent out first to make sure it was clear. Or if someone could have simply lightened the picture, it looks like a dark shadow. The sock material was also very thin.

The image was cropped as I asked, however the material of the socks is abhorrent. I can't imagine how anyone can wear this material on their feet.
