Ten months ago my wife purchased an $800 gift certificate at GoPlayGolf on the recommendation from Pound Ridge Golf Club that I was hoping to play. Because of a severe health issue I only now got around to calling and booking a tee time for a foursome at Pound Ridge Golf Club. When I called GoPlayGolf to arrange for payment to the course they said they couldn't do it and I had to book the tee time thru Supreme Golf to pay the course and when I went to Supreme Golf they said they couldn't pay for the tee time I booked. I asked GoPlayGolf for a refund and they said they don't give refunds. To summarize, GoPlayGolf took my wife's $800 (for which they had use of for ten months), told us they could not pay the course, passed us on to Supreme Golf who said they can't pay for my tee time and GoPlayGolf will not provide a refund. Instead of going the extra mile for a customer who in good faith paid $800 they all hid behind "that's not how our system works!" Shameful!

WASTE OF MONEY, YOU CANNOT PLAY ANY OF THE COURSES YOU WANT TO. THIS CARD GIVES YOU ALMOST NO ACCESS TO NEARBY GOLF COURSES. DO NOT BUY.

Almost impossible to get a hold of customer service or get the site to work. Much better options out there to trust your money with this company. It's useless if the service doesn't work properly. Ive been waiting over a month for a response back.

I have yet to find a course to give me a tee time up to a week out. I can go to that course's website and book easily but using this card's site I always get "no tee times available. And that would be for the ENTIRE DAY! I feel bad for my daughter who got this for me as a gift but all I've seen so far is that this is a huge scam. $150 bucks on there that can't be used.

Received this as a gift. Cannot use it anywhere. It is a scam . Do not buy, should be taken out of service. Asked for a refund and was refused.

GoPlayGolf gift cards are a waste of time and money. Cannot be redeemed at any golf course! You must go online and then go to a separate website to look up golf courses near you. When you finally find one you want to play, it is an hour away and the worst tee times possible. I guess I could drive to KY or AL and get a 3:30 in the afternoon tee time. No thank you! Then if you do schedule a tee time you still can not redeem your gift card and they require you to use your own credit card for booking fees and any possible overage. What a hassle and What a scam!

I live in Yulee, Florida, I am a veteran who plays at Trident Lakes Golf course frequently, I received a $50 goplaygolf gift card from my mother in-law and was looking to book a tee time in my area. I received about 5 locations that I could play at, one of them was Trident Lakes the price was quoted at $55.99. As I stated earlier I play this course frequently and the green fees with a cart have never exceeded $36. The company issuing these gift cards are ripping off golfers charging extremely high fees.

Over two years, I received multiple goplaygolf gift cards. One of my gift cards wasn't activated in store and they said there was nothing I could do outside tracking down where the gift card came from and searching for an order on my own. Customer service offered no real solutions and never offered anything outside of apologies. This was just the beginning of the issues. The merchandise was only available at one external website, and just so have it all of the items are cheaper on many other sites. I finally worked up the nerve to buy a few items and as it turns out you cannot use more than one gift card on a purchase. so here i am waiting well into the winter to have a golf order I expected months ago.
