Logistics nightmare
The prices are pretty good. The quality is pretty good. I've ordered from them twice. Because a friend referred them to me. But both times there has been issues with logistics. They charge you $10 for the shipping. And then say, once it's made it to the carrier, there. It's essentially not their problem. The first time took 12 days. Okay. It was a holiday weekend. I'll give you that and try you again this time with no holidays or any real reason. It took 16 days. It was 5 days from the time they printed the label. Before it even came up as received at the post office , then it sat there they use usps and do not offer any compensation for delays or any option to use a different carrier. On top of that to make matters worse after waiting sixteen days , my order wasn't even complete part of it is missing . I personally am gonna be shopping somewhere else. There is no shortage of other options.
