In this case, we acknowledged the listing did not meet our standards and offered both a full return with refund or a partial refund to keep the item. All proceeds from items sold go to funding our mission and we do our best to be competitive with other online stores. Our prices match current marketplace prices to maximize the value of the donations we've received. If there was an item at 700% mark up this would have been a pricing error and can be easily corrected.
