I ordered a Ninja Air Fryer on 11/04/23 and paid £159. Was supposed to be delivered on the 23/ 04/23. Nothing arrived and it was me messaging all the time. Said they will refund me fully. It is now in the hands of my bank. NEVER IN ANY WAY DEAL WITH THIS SCAMMING SO CALLED FIRM.

This is a FRAUDULENT business, please, please do not give them any money. You will order and then get an email with a link to the courier company, the link does not work. I have emailed several addresses I had for them, no response. I was promised a full refund due to the delay in delivery of my fridge, and 2 weeks later nothing has emerged so I have put in a fraud claim to Barclaycard. There is no phone number and even the website has gone. I think I'm pretty savvy when it comes to this sort of thing and even I got fooled. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING!!!

I'm just going to join the list of people that have been scammed - my order was a fridge/freezer. These people are worse than somone who would mug an elderly lady in the street as they are the cowards of the mugging world hiding behind their keyboards. Let's hope someone brings these scammers to justice (although doubtful), whether it's the police or credit card companies who will have a lot of refunds to process.
