GoodnovelReviews of goodnovel.com

The story was decent but you have to spend coins for every chapter and the chapters are very short. I read quickly and finished of my $30 worth of 2000 coins in a few hours. I didn't even finish the story. I just deleted the app. Even the subscription for 19.99/wk limits your coins and then you have to top up if you want to continue reading. I switched to "bestnovel". The writing isn't as good, but a subscription means unlimited reading for 9.99/wk. Goodnovel is a total scam.

Haven’t spent any money, however, the paragraphs are very short, ads when there shouldn’t be any ads, repetitive paragraphs just different characters and no end to the book after 275 chapters. Terrible app!!! Update, still no end to the book after 300 chapters. If there is no end to the book when or why would a person read another book from this app?!

This Good Novel are rogues. People can spend over $100 to read a book and still not be assured they will get to the end. I wouldn't even give 1 star but had to yo leave review. This app has to be the greediest, money stealing app. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT Get sucked in by this app. Look elsewhere. The book I started to read I got up to chapter 1177 and ive waited 2 weeks now to read another chapter. They break the chapter down into the smallest amount of lines so they can drag it out and charge more. So wrong. Dont bother with it. I found out the book ive been reading was written by someone else and not the person they say. So its straight plagiarism.

I started reading a story on Facebook. It allowed me to read 8 chapters, then routed me to download the reading app which was Good Novel. After downloading the app, it required me to download a PDF file to begin reading again. When I did, my mobile phone was hacked with Malicious Malware and it changed everything on my mobile phone and overrode everything on my phone. It was presenting all types of ads advising me to pay $1.99 to unlock my phone, it was pretending the messages came from Google who was monitoring my account. The messages harassed my phone for an entire twenty 24 hours. I couldn't use my phone, the fraudulent messages would override and block anything I tried to do on my phone to get me to agree to pay the fee of $1.99 so it could get my credit card account number and CVV number that the technician from the Best Buy Geek Squad, who helped said would be sold on the dark web. and I would have had overwhelming charges to my account. Do not use apps like this that require fraudulent ads to attach to your device. I am happy to get out of this malware scam and want to warn others DO NOT USE THIS APP!

Awarded 1 star simply because I cannot award less. I am utterly appalled by this platform! You are permitted to read 4/ 5 chapters for free, then to read more you are required to pay. That i take no umbridge to, however, once you read a further 20 chapters, you are suddenly required to enter a subscription deal £10 a week for "coins" to unlock further chapters. The novel I began reading has over 1200 chapters. I'd be looking at at least £100 to read one novel! I will be demanding a refund from them.

I read the first couple of chapters which I really enjoyed but then had to pay £5.99 for 600 coins to continue reading. I have now got to chapter 28 only to be told I have to pay another £9.99 to be able to continue. To say I am disgusted is an understatement and strongly advise everyone to avoid it like the plague. I certainly won’t be paying any more money to them! They know what they can do with their books!

AWEFUL business practices.... No value for its audience/readers WORST BUSINESS EVER Will be handing this info on them to the Missouri AG, FRAUDULENT company doing business in US should be band....

Voll die Abzocke, Romane sind okay aber ich habe nach über 300 Kapiteln und über 50€ Einsätzen nicht weiter bezahlt und gelesen sondern die App gelöscht und die Abos gekündigt
