They would never supply shipping date. After weeks they said product stuck in customs. Then they said product lost. They said they are refunding my money. Still waiting to get it. These people are scammers. Don't order from them.

****Do Not Buy Of This Site****, I purchased on April 6th, charged by 8th and its almost 2 months later no package, contacted vendor loads of times, given a tracker number and site that didn't work, kept escalating and only got a copy and paste answer, no attempt to send another or even listen, in the end I went back to PayPal and reported as a suspected fraud... ****** Stay Away from This Site ****

After 7 weeks and 3 days, I finally received the bag I ordered. After waiting so long for the item to be delivered I was very, very disappointed in the quality of the bag. It was badly made and the seams did not align. One of the zips is faulty, it smells awful and it does not look like the picture at all!!! Their broken English correspondence via email was answered very quickly when I chased the item but now I've informed them of my disappointment, they have not replied yet...

Took ages to arrive had to pay £11:24 to release it from post office Looks nothing like the picture really disappointed and annoyed as waited for so long had no correspondence saying anything then pay extra for something I don’t now want I’ve emailed for refund and return but surprise surprise not heard anything

We ordered an item on may 5 , charged may 6 th and it is may 29 th , still haven’t received item.

DONT be fooled by this company. They are not in the US and the products never arrive. They charge your credit card immediately and wen you email you get a canned, broken Emglish reply. BEWARE!!

Haven't even received my product yet, but don't buy from them if you want your item in the next few months!

Ordered months ago. Still hasn’t arrived.
