If I could give a 0 I would. What a ripoff company. I ordered a babydoll to give my granddaughter for Christmas. First of all it took six weeks to get here. I thought I had been scammed. I paid with PayPal so I began a dispute. I finally received the doll but saying I was disappointed is a gross understatement. The doll I ordered appeared to be beautifully crafted. The one I got was a plastic cheap piece of junk. Don’t buy anything from them.

I AM GIVING THIS COMPANY 0 STARS AS THE 17INCH DOLL ORDERED CAME YESTETDAY AND WAS 7 INCHES OF PLASTIC IN A TORN BIT OF CLOTH AND MAKS ON LEGS WHERE PLASTIC HAS RUN.I HAVE SENT 2 EMAILS TO THEM WITH 9 THEN 15$ REFUND IV TOLD THEM FULL REFUND & RETURN ADDRESS.I HAVE EMAILED PAYPAL ADVISING THEM OF THIS ISSUE AND THEY HAVE MAILED THE COMPANY ALSO THEY HAVE TILL 12AUGUST TO RESOLVE OR PAYPAL WILL TAKE UP CASE CANT GET INTO WEBSITE NOW TOTAL RUBBISH.THE THING IS KIDS ARE WAITING ON THESE DOLLS AND END UP WITH TJIS RUBBISH SYLTSY AWAY FROM THEIR WEBSITE

Purchased the Journey 17" reborn doll. Had to get Paypal to contact after 14 days as doll had never shipped. When the doll arrived on 7/20/2020. It was an ugly 7 " peice if plastic. No hand placed hair or poseable arms and legs. My daughter is disbled and this doll was so life like I thought it would really make her day and give her some enjoyment. Do not bother trying to work with the company it is a waste of time. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS OVERSEAS NON REPUTABLE COMPANY. ALL THEY WANT IS YOU MONEY.

Purchased a doll for my daughter and what we recieved is not evenclose to what was pictured and advertised. Don't waste your money.

I would give it NO STARS, but there is no option for that. I paid $39.00 for a piece of 6 inch plastic with painted on hair and a very creepy looking face! It was advertised as 22 inches with clothes and hair that could be combed and styled. Total rip off! And it took over a month for this piece of junk to be delivered! I will be calling my bank tomorrow to dispute the charge on my credit card! I want my money back! TOTAL SCAM, DON’T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!

I couldn't give it zero stars but if i could have I would've. The real life baby is horrible and creepy looking, nothing like the advertisement. Don't order anything from this company.

Absolute scam! The doll is about 8” and the paint is missing from the feet. Total rip off!
