As everyone else has said I ordered a cute lifelike 17" babydoll that was adorable (by what the photos showed) for my daughter. What I got was an alien looking 5" piece of plastic wearing a piece of material that they tried to make look like a onesie. I contacted the seller and they wanted to give me 10% off my next order and keep the doll. I said no. They offered me $4 back and keep the doll.. I said no and I was going to dispute the payment to them with my credit card. They offered me $5 and keep the doll. I will say one thing they do respond to every email. Tried to contact Gooddealsus and they wanted my invoice#. Went to my email to get the info and I kept getting an error and the page was no longer available. Please everyone dispute your credit card or with however you paid for the piece of junk we received and don't give up. Don't let these people get this money for misrepresenting their item and sending a $1 dog toy for the almost $40 I paid.

Arrrrrgh!!! They false advertise. The new born journey life like doll is only 6-7” long. No clothes except a thin white t-shirt body suit. A Cheap , and I mean CHEAP doll. No pacifier! 😡😡🤬🤯

BEWARE!!!!! I would give zero starts if I could! They advertised dolls that look like the realistic NewBorn dolls. The website displayed beautiful realistic looking dolls with detailed descriptions. After a month and a half and numerous emails I received the two dolls I ordered for almost $70.00. Instead of 16" beautiful baby dolls I received two 7" doll that looked like squeeky toys for my dog! I am now fighting to get my money refunded. When I tried to access my account and also get pictured of the dolls to send to make my case all product links were broken and my account was gone. THIS SITE IS A TOTAL SCAM!

THIS IS HORRIBLE! SCAM SCAM SCAM!! The dolls are not girl or boy, they have no real life to them. They are only about 5" long and have melt marks all over them. They are scary. They came in two little ziplock baggies. Thank God I paid with my visa and I am getting my money back. I feel horrible for you all that paid with pay pal. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM

DO NOT FALL VICTIM LIKE I DID OF THIS SCAM!! The doll I received was the saddest doll I’ve ever seen. NOTHING EVEN CLOSE TO DESCRIPTION. It looks like an alien, had melted spots all over it and was a total joke only I wasn’t laughing. My granddaughter lost her dad in a tragic accident Dec 17,2019 and I proffered this to cheer her up. Her face when she seen it was one I’ll never forget. I’m sure I can laugh about it when all is done and I did video it and took pictures. I wish I could post photos of what I received. They are very good at responding to my emails so I give them credit for that, but I’m having a hard time getting them to understand why I want a refund. They keep trying to talk me Into keep up it and offered me 10% off my next order or $4 back and keep the doll. I shouldn’t even have to send it back it’s garbage. I hope they don’t try to send it to someone else. (Just saying) I told them NO THANK YOU IT IS USELESS. I may be out $38 but have learned my lesson. I am easy to get along with and not a rude person so I’ll stop here. 😢 I will update later if It’s a good outcome. Thank you

I’ve ended up with a crappy little thing when i ordered a 22 inch real life doll like everyone else I’ve been scammed but I don’t know how to go about getting a refund.. can anyone help me please I have a very upset little girl.. who was expecting a lovely real life reborn doll..

I used to see myself as smart.. Until I orderer a realsize, reallooking *reborn* doll for my daughter.. I recieved a crappy small Rubber thing, awfull... DO NOT buy from them!

Same story as the others I ordered 2 boy dolls and 1 girl doll that were supposed to be 17 inches and got three 7 inch dolls in a small envelope. They look nothing like real babies. They want me to keep the dolls and take 30.00 when I spent 90 for them! Say they need to send them back to China!!! The return address says New Jersey plus I paid 6.99 shipping so no. I’m going to escalate the claim with PayPal and see where that gets me. Don’t buy these ugly dolls!
