MEGA AIReviews of gomega.ai

Don't use this company! All they did was waste my time and delay my launch for a month. They claimed to have great ways to create static ads and visuals for marketing but the honest truth is that it seems like they outsource that through Pakistan and the quality was terrible. I offered to do this myself and gave them the product. However, they didnt listen to any of my attempts to contact them and I was completely ignored. I even let them know that I would be canceling if I didnt hear back soon. Still silence, no response. After I cancelled then they wanted to have a meeting. What makes it worse is they then charged me for two months after I cancelled this them. Terrible company, terrible service and terrible execution! This company won't be around for long.

Unsatisfied

Spoke to a rep as soon as we ask about RIO , said we aren't a good fit for you, he disconnected the call.

Funny how fake these 5 star reviews keep popping up lol. My experience with them was terrible, and the whole thing just felt off. There is no real “AI” here, they just pump out random articles in bulk, throw in words like GPT and agents, and act like it is something impressive. Getting a refund was way harder than it should have been too. I do not trust them at all. you shouldn't too. AVOID them at all costs!

Gomega.ai is one of the worst services I’ve dealt with. I signed up for their monthly plan to test it because the marketing looked convincing. The first month was a mess. Content wasn’t properly delivered until January 19 due to publishing and plugin issues. That meant I was essentially pushed into a second billing cycle before I could even properly review what I paid for. On January 19, I asked them to pause billing so I could review the first batch. I finally received the content, reviewed it, and the AI output was low-quality and no better than basic free tools. I immediately emailed on January 20 to cancel and clearly stated I did not want to be billed again. The account rep asked why but never clearly confirmed cancellation. There is no way to cancel yourself from the dashboard — you’re fully dependent on the account rep. Then I was charged again on February 20 and told I didn’t provide 30 days’ notice. If you’re considering this company, be extremely careful with their cancellation policy and billing structure.
