As an AI digital marketing agency, having a website is the minimum requirement for our sales team to properly assess your business and provide meaningful recommendations. That said, we should have communicated this clearly when the meeting was cancelled and responded to your follow-up emails. We also do not take credit for SEO work completed outside of our services. Regarding billing, charges are processed according to the agreed subscription terms and cancellation policy. We take concerns about continued billing seriously and review account records carefully when they are raised.
