Horrible company. Don’t use them!
$4,557 paid. Failed launch acknowledged in writing. Still no refund. I strongly advise business owners to think carefully before paying MEGA AI / GoMega.ai upfront. I paid $4,557 on August 7, 2026, for paid-advertising management for my clothing business. Approximately two weeks into the engagement, we still had not gotten the actual ad-management service underway as expected. We had gone through onboarding and received creative drafts, but the drafts were unusable for my brand, and I was repeatedly chasing basic answers about who was managing my account. I already had live advertising campaigns. I needed someone actively monitoring them, making adjustments, and communicating with me. Instead, I was emailing to ask whether anyone was even watching the account and whether the creative assets I supplied had been launched. My August 17 and 18 emails went unanswered until August 19. When my account manager finally responded, he apologized for the silence and said the team was still finalizing creative. He referred to a review once their management went live. I canceled and requested a full refund on August 19. I repeated that request on August 24. Their response on August 25 is especially telling: they acknowledged how poorly the launch had gone and said they were ready to implement campaign optimizations “as soon as today.” This was AFTER my two written cancellation requests. They acknowledged their communication failures and the failed launch in emails. Yet they still would not return my money. Instead, I received more requests for calls and another opportunity to demonstrate value. On August 27, I was still asking for a two-week performance recap because the advertising section of their portal wasn’t working for me. An apology does not replace the service I paid for. Neither does a promise to start delivering after I have already canceled. Reading other customers’ reviews, I recognize several of the same complaints: slow onboarding, difficulty reaching account managers, disappointing creative, and problems obtaining refunds. Those are their accounts; the experience described here is mine, and I have the email chain documenting it. As of this review, the full $4,557 remains unrefunded. I am a small-business owner and a single mother. This is a significant amount of money, and the time lost chasing them made the experience even worse. Based on my experience, I would not recommend their paid-advertising service. Businesses deserve actual delivery and accountability—not repeated apologies while their payment is retained.
