I signed up, deposited, made one spin on roulette and won. As soon as I tried to withdraw, they asked for extra documentation, a video proving it was me and my ID, all of which I provided. After that, they still closed the account and canceled the withdrawal with no justification. Very clear that they just stole the winnings because they did not want to pay out a winner. They retain my deposit on top of the theft of winnings. Avoid at all costs. Edit: I should add, there is no way to contact a human for support. Once they close the account and steal your funds, there is no recourse whatsoever.
