THE ABSOLUTE WORST! The company took 68$ and 56$ today. I do not have a membership with them. I bought one thing on the webpage. I called today to cancel or get my money back. They started asking me for the last four numbers of my card, then my name and last name, then the first four numbers of my card, then my email, then my zip code, then they wanted all the numbers of my card. I called that a fraud, how is it that they are not able to find me in their on database. Their name is “golookup” dont they specialize in finding information, they can’t even find a name on their own database?!!!

This service is a complete joke and a waste of time. I was only supposed to be charged $1.00 and they charged me $20. I immediately called and supposedly was being issued a refund, however when I called back 2days later they stated there has been an error processing my refund! How is there an error giving me my money back when it wasn't an issue charging me more than what I was supposed to be charged?? On top of that the information being provided is incorrect so this service and company is really a scam!!!! I will never ever use this service ever again!!

Go Lookup... How about Go screw yourself. This website and services are a complete waste of your time, money and efforts. Especially when they don't genuinely find anyone in this world for that matter. They are inconsiderate, obnoxious, have the worst possible customer support in all my professional career as a CEO/Executive and above all, there are not much you could agree with and come to terms with this FAKE business. They do NOT offer refunds or cancellations. They do NOT offer any kind of genuineness and understandings of ANY services they offer. They are the worst yet and if I could give them negative stars, I would rate it as the WORST possible, inconsiderable, obnoxious, toxic business I ever laid my eyes upon. USE your money and time elsewhere please. They are scum.

Once again Scam scam scam not only did they scam me over their bull____ fake company they now have extracted another 3995 from my account after I canceled payed the cancelation fees responded to their emails jumped thru every hoop that they try to throw you off and still took more money I wish they would prosecute this outfit and every one that works for them would never see the light of day again

This company is horrible; they are selling my information and claim they are not. They have an opt-out that does not work, they require you to give them more personal info to sell. I talked to the rep who repeated the same lie ( we remove in 11 days which is a lie. I have screenshots and emails of their illegal company. They have the opt-out button on their site, pretending to comply with privacy laws. They have the nerve to try and convince me it is not my info they are selling, but another person with the same addresses and phone number from prior years. They even have the nerve to have my elderly mom's current address on their site where someone can harm her. These people are evil, and I am going to pursue legal options. I have screenshots and emails to prove all that I am saying. Yahoo should be a shame of themselves.

You must subscribe for their services so I paid $1 found Nothing Special. I decided to Cancel IMMEDIATELY. The subscription should stop within 48 Hours, the "so called Free Subscription period 5-7 days". NOPE -They Billed me For the SUBSCRIPTION ANYWAY!!!! Now I have to Fight to Get My $$$ BACK😵😡

Like others have reported, I requested a $1 report. I looked carefully at the page for the small print and didn't see anything about additional fees or membership. Within a few days I get a fraud notification from my bank about a charge being requested from an "untrustworthy source" for $69. I told them to deny the charge and they shut down my card. Every single day since then, they have attempted to charge that card ever-decreasing amounts - as if the card was declined for lack of funds and they were trying to take any amount they could get. It's gone from an initial charge of $69 to their latest attempt of $18.10. It's been close to two weeks of them trying this nonsense. Scam scam scam!

THis is a full on scam websiet. You get no information at all,,,I watched it supposedly opening Corporate records....HAHAHA like they can actually unlock a secure server. They charge you and you get NOTHING. PS the 5 start reviews are bots..
