The worst company I have ever worked with. I paid Over £700 for a website design including support once it went live, and the purchase of a Domain. The website has not been finished after several months, and the domain has been purchased under their own name and servers. Frustratingly i have now requested a refund - to no avail - after which i simply requested the Administrative credentials to my website and Passcode to transfer the Domain across. To date they have refused and are ignoring unwilling to comply unless i pay a further £5,000. A summary of concerning points listed below: - They are not registered on companies house in the UK purposely, so they are not traceable. - They regularly instigate a change of account managers on your project to evade a single source of blame. In my case this was, Muhammad, then Alistar then Ricky and now no one. - Once payment is made they communicate intermittently and eventually completely stop. - Constantly push for more services not having completed the original project. i would advise everyone to stay well away from them

Please I beg you do not trust these people at Go Logo Now. They are evil and immoral. They have been working on my project for over 3 years now and have charged me over $8000.00 more then what was stated in our contract. Now they what another &12,200.00 or they threatened to shelf my project. Gellar is not a moral man. Do not TRUST HIM OR GOLogo Now. They will rip you off and they don’t care if you have a contract either. They don’t think that you will Pay a lawyer to try and get your money back after they screw you and they will I promise you. They forget that a lot of lawyers will not take a payment unless they succeed at getting your money back and more. They think that I can only sue for what I payed so far. But I have them on tape telling me that my project will make thousands once it’s launched so my lawyers using that against them to sue for much more because my project should of been making money for the last 2 and a half years. How can a company say your project will be done in 180 days and cost a certain amount but it’s been over 3 years and has cost me over $8000.00 more then what the contact listed. I have never met a company with such immoral practices. They are evil and so disrespectful. Please I beg you do not hire this company. They are liars and thieves. I’m a very moral man. The project that I hired them to build had to do with moral and immoral people. How ironic is that? I hire a company to build me an app that deals in moral and immoral issues and their immoral practices have ruined my entire life. They will lie and lie and lie to get the most money out of you and never finish your project!! Please I beg you with all of my heart “DO NOT HIRE OR TRUST go logo now TO BUILD YOUR PROJECT!! They will screw you over no matter what. Thank you

Terrible experience - do not instruct. They clearly have no experience and push for initial funds, once received they have several delay tactics and several reasonings to pay them extra later down the line which when pulled up on they say okay no need to pay it. For example they request $2000 for dedicated hosting server and other things when we already have this set with Shopify. Further down the line they ask for further funds for theme templates which are 4x that which Shopify provide. Till date ( 5 weeks) still provide a link to original Shopify theme with no work done on it. They promise but do not deliver. Stay clear. I can see they have court case pending against them also and most of the single reviewed reviews are themselves. They also have a clear Indian twist to their accents so perhaps an Indian firm pretending to be based somewhere they are not. Wish they were just more truthful about this all. My experiences were with Muhammad, William, Kairi, Ricky Gellar (with no backing credentials on either of them) - they do change names a lot! Post this review they reached out and confirmed they will do more work to the website if we take the review down however they have continued to be extremely unprofessional with words like 'we cannot work according to your mood' and 'we cannot do a call' and extremely unpleasant experience beyond words. I am clearly communicating with several people not just one - its clearly a scam of a company. Do not waste your time.

Did a GREAT JOB on my video/music project! Also on my daughter's website

As others have mentioned, they include uncommunicated fees later on in the process. Don't expect an extremely high quality site, but I suppose you shouldn't at this price range. Overall they are a good team and have good intent. I did notice an immediate shift in attitude as soon as I paid the initial $500 or so over the phone to initiate the service, as if securing payment was the #1 priority. Just something to take note of. I think the aesthetic quality of a website is of utmost importance, which I would not recommend GoLogoNow for - purely for the extent to which specific demands are able to be met regarding art and what is possible with the layout of a website. I feel like I communicated what I wanted very clearly, and was misled simply to secure payment. However, as someone simply trying to launch their first project, I wouldn't write them off.

After a very difficult process, I got a beautiful website. A very hardworking and caring company. I think they can do better and bigger things in the future. My only complaint is that, unfortunately, after the work was done, I learned that there was a very high fee to be paid for a video explaining how to use the administration panel of the website. I had to learn everything myself and it was very difficult and I wasted time. It should have been specified from the beginning. But I still recommend GoLogoNow company.

Mr. Alistar Gray was a great Rep and got the work done rapidly and professionally. I'll definitely be using this company again for my graphic arts needs! Very Satisfied Customer, Jerry A. Stanley 410-707-6271

Ben did a great job crafting a wedding together for me with footage i shot. I was iffy sending money to someone I only met online, but Ben proved trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. I would work with them again!
