Have not received my order I placed 13 days ago. No responses to my emails and nobody answered my phone call. I thought this was a reputable company because they sell quality Maltby products but I will stick to golf Galaxy or Dicks Sporting goods from now on.I am still waiting for my four graphite iron shafts to arrive.

Horrible customer service. Wrote 2 other reviews but this company needs to change something. The woman that answers their phones are horrible and they dk not care about the products or golf. 16 days for something that should have been 5 days and I paid for next day and it took 6 days to get to me. What??? The cost of the upgrade to ship is not the only thing that should be refunded or upgraded to fix this . But im sure it will be a fight to get that since they will say its on FedEx not them .

I have been ordering from Golfworks.com for years. However, yesterday I ordered a Loft/Lie bending machine and chose the overnight shipping method. Paid the extra money for shipping. They charged my card, then sent an email saying they needed more money because the item was heavy. After a lengthy conversation this morning, they would not make any concessions, so I cancelled the order. Very unhappy. If their shipping calculations are not correct, that is not my problem.

Company doesn't know what communication is. Fast to take your money. The worst golf company I've ever bought from.

Terrible customer service. God forbid you should order the wrong part. They don't check their email. Expect to be put on hold for long periods of time. When I spoke to a customer service rep, they said they would email me directions to return an item. They never did. Don't bother with these clowns.

Only giving them 1 star because zero is not an option. The worst customer service of any company I’ve ever dealt with. They charged my credit card but didn’t ship the item until i called and questioned why it wasn’t being shipped. They said they were reviewing the order for fraud. After reading their reviews I wish I’d checked into them before ordering from them. Outrageous shipping costs, $12.95 for 2, $0.99 iron ferrules and it took two weeks for them to show up. Don’t deal with these people, it’s worse than playing a course that’s nothing but bunkers and water with no fairways or greens. Death by a thousand cuts.

Horrible Customer service and experience. Accidentally ordered the wrong item in which i emailed customer support right away and called in the morning when they opened when they answered they said they already shipped. But i didnt get a shipping update till later that day so unsure if thats even true. That wasn't the issue as they said i could return it. However, they are the only online business in 2025 that doesnt supply a return shipping label. It will cost me $50 dollars to return the item...
