Communication was well executed. Response to email and phone exceeded expectations. Ridge Course at RTJ on first day was marginal. Sanded greens and played super slow. Ross Bridge was far beyond expectations in terms of play and conditions. Cart girl timing slowed play and was not well executed. Either do it right or don't do it. Made a black mark on otherwise exceptional day of golf.

This year was our 22nd annual golf trip and Kevin once again exceeded our expectations. Great point of contact and great follow through. That's why I booked the Pebble Beach trip as well...

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helped me make my final selection of courses. They handled all the tee times and took care of paying the courses in advance of my trip. I did find the price to be a bit high but since I didn't have the time to call the courses and arrange everything myself I did pay a premium.

Thank you for the complement on our customer service but we also take pride in offering the best prices for regular tee times during high season - you did not pay a premium. In fact, you paid less or no more than the price due to our contracts with the golf courses. The bonus is we did handle all the details and all you have to do is "show up and play". Your review was for a trip to Scottsdale in the height of high season (winter/early spring). Our company is the largest golf travel company to that area and enjoys great rates. Your group also played the absolute best courses and most expensive courses in the high season including: Troon North (always top rated), Grayhawk, TPC Scottsdale, and the Boulders. The only discounts this time of year are for afternoon twilight rates where you may not finish or the very first or 2nd tee time (on weekdays usually). If you feel that there were lower prices we will be happy to investigate. But, regular rates during peak season are not on discount tee-time sites and in fact, most courses are trying to eliminate some of the sites that "loss leader". Our VP of Sales will contact you to answer any questions. Thank you.

The people at Golfthere was very friendly & helpful, we had 10 golfers go on a 4 day golf outing & everything went well with no surprises . I would recommend them to anyone to organize a vacation.

Four of us from NH wanted to experience the RTJ Golf Trail. We decided on our own that Birmingham was to be our destination. We picked three RTJ courses to play. Our salesperson strongly recommended that we drop one course and play another course that he would personally recommend. He was absolutely correct. His recommendation was the best course we played. One day rainout and full refund. Will use GolfThere again!

Golf was great, traffic was horrible, the accommodations were OK.

Thanks for the good review. Our salesperson and customer support team were not made aware of any accommodation issues. Our team will reach out to find out what concerns your group may have had - thanks again -- oh, and Scottsdale traffic is bad during high season for sure!

Thanks for the kind words on our service and our service recovery programs. Our goal is to have perfection on every trip; however, when a "glitch" occurs, we want to insure that our team has the tools and the demeanor to cheerfully rectify concerns even if we had no control over that particular problem. Thanks for the positive words about the team. We look forward to working with you on the next trip and thank you in advance for the opportunity to do so.

Golf There did an outstanding job. We delt with Ernie Wilson and he was very good. We had some bad weather but the Golf Professionals were great and except for a slow check in at the hotel all was wonderful

Ha ha! Our goal is to have a "perfect" delivery of golf trip services on every interaction with our clients. However, we do admit that we also wish that we could control the weather and have rain only occur in the late afternoon for short periods of time!
