Package or nothing
Bought a package of lessons, but was not able to use them all before they expired last summer. Returned back today, one year later to buy a single lesson, and was given a lecture about not using all my lessons and that he had to give them away free to someone else to get his credit. I expressed my inability to conform to the restrictions of multiple lessons in a short time and my preference for a la carte style. The instructor stated “maybe this is not the place for you”, and recommended we just go ahead with today’s lesson. This did not set well with me and even after a 35 minute drive to get there, I chose to leave. Really disappointed with the instructor as well as the business model.
