The link between business and golf has been around for decades. The idea of golf balls as business gifts was used early on and it was, and continues to be the perfect gift for goodwill in the business arena.What's interesting to note is what little impact companies have received for the expense of the purchase. For years companies have imprinted logos on every conceivable golf ball on the market. In so doing they have increased golf ball sales dramatically and inadvertently raised market awareness and brand strength for the major golf ball manufacturers. If anyone has ever given you golf balls, doesn't the brand name of the ball stand out in your mind more than who took the time to get you the gift? Our company premise is that this is due to the packaging hiding the corporate gift giver.

We contacted Golfbox last minute to get some promotional items for an event we were doing. We only have them a week from order to delivery and they more than impressed us! Greg was wonderful to work with and very helpful in getting our logos to work. We will use them again.

This business gave us a great deal for our order and everything went smooth, and we received exactly what we expected when we expected it. I would easily recommend this business to anyone who was interested in ordering custom golf materials. However, the checkout process is what refrains me from giving this 5 stars. Normally, when ordering a custom made product, I would expect some sort of secure order form with a proof of the product (as if ordering a custom T-Shirt online from a company who specializes in making them). While Golf Box was able to present us with a proof, of which the golf balls we ordered resembled perfectly with high quality, there was no order form and we had to either e-mail our card information or make a call to tell the representative to have the representative enter our information for the order. The latter is common, however the former is not. I think the latter option is perfectly fine and should remain for those not comfortable with technology, but to adapt to the new-age online ordering style, some sort of entry-field whether on the website or in a PDF document would be ideal and more secure than an open e-mail of card holder information as well as the card information. With that being said, I would most certainly do business with Golf Box again. Their customer service, product, and price are seemingly unbeatable.

Thanks for this feedback. I've added the pay online feature through email with squarespace for customers that don't want to or have time to call in their credit card.
