I have used golfanything.com and their Canada store for years. I have even met Paul in person in Scottsdale prior to the pandemic. My recent order was shorted and did not match the packing slip. With over 6 phone messages and 6+ emails I have yet to get any reply on their course of action. Atleast refund me my money for the clothing item. Not hearing any response is a difficult situation to be in especially when every other day you get an email from the site for a new great purchase discount and opportunity. I do not recommend purchasing from them until they can get their customer service portion of the company to a respectable place.

Purchased products from Golf Anything and some of the sizes don’t match then I purchased the “membership”to have the items returned. Then after few days I noticed the items I returned became available on their website but I recieved no refund in my bank account after 1 month. Tried all the ways to contact or email and there is no response.

There are 2 companies associated with Golf Anything and Dresskodes and I have purchased probably 10 bundles between the 2 companies. I’ve had difficulties with the checkout on the Dresskodes site before but had it resolved. I placed an order on May 16th with Dresskodes and the package never arrived. After contacting them at least 9 times by email (3 to the owner Paul Monaco) requesting an update on the purchase or a return of my purchase I have had ZERO response. The products are good but if you lose the ability to communicate with your retail customer base that’s just unacceptable in today’s competitive environment. I have registered a complaint with the Ontario Better Business Bureau to hopefully get a response but I will no longer deal wth these 2 companies.

I was a bit hesitant in ordering from Golf Anything based on many negative reviews. Having owned a large service company for decades, I know from experience that it is usually the 1% of dissatisfied customers that post their comments while the 99% of completely satisfied customers who expect great service rarely comment on social media as to their satisfaction. I decided to order several items last Thursday just before midnight. I received my package from UPS around noon on Tuesday which was a day later than scheduled by UPS due to a mix-up in their Caledon facility. The order was correct. The goods were first quality. The price was exceptional. The delivery was fast despite a one day delay by UPS. KUDOS TO PAUL MONACO AND HIS TEAM!

I have purchased woman’s golf clothes two times from this site. The first was a puma skirt I already owned in a different colour. Great price, delivery did take an extra long time. Once arrived it did not have the same pockets that the store bought one I have did. (Missing back pocket). A year later I found pants I was looking for at a great price. Again delivery was about two months after ordering. Then the pants also did not come as described on the website (missing pockets). I contacted customer service this time. They responded and I returned the ones I got and they sent me new ones that were specifically supposed to have been checked and have the pocket. This exchange process was brutally slow btw. Once the replacement pants came they also had no pockets. So what I see here is that the clothes they have are not the quality and are certainly substandard or pieces that did not make it to the retail store for a reason. Don’t waste your money waiting for something that is not going to be what it is supposed to. I have to say although slow, customer service did respond with an apology and sent me a $10 GC that I will never use.

I had no issue with the products I purchased, delivery time or service. I cancelled my annual fee in plenty of time prior to the renewal, it took 4 communications until they got back to me. They credited my account instead of my credit card even though I had cancelled my renewal. It’s only $20.00, but do the right thing and credit my card. With gratitude, Peter

I purchase a pair of shoes around the end of Oct but I had to return the pair of shoes for a replacement, as the website said it was waterproof but I used once as my foot got wet. The first few contacts was okay and quick to receive the return label, the customer support said the new pair was set aside to be shipped as soon as they receive the return item. Once I have shipped the item back they stopped replying my emails. My item was delivered on Nov 27 and so far I haven’t receive my replacement yet. I send them emails, no reply, I call them so many times but only able to talk to a person once and he said he would follow up with the customer support that was “helping” me. During the process. After that, no updates, despite calling them and leaving messages because there’s never a person available to talk to you. So, u til now I don’t have my shoes and they haven’t even contacted me to offer a refund. I did purchase a few other items from them but will never do it again. At this point I believe I lost my money and won’t get my shoes. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to buy from them.

The failed to respond to the item i returned. Issued a credit and then failed to honor it. They email stating they will respnd in a day....never happened. Straight ripoff. Stay away from this company.
