The course was good and the presentations thorough. I really enjoyed the web based learning. However I think some of the modules should be more focused, especially with regards to the amount of tools that are presented. Overall a good course that gives the pupil an overview and insight into improvement projects.

I thought the online class was very good for both Yellow and Green belts. Only one area I thought the material was different was from the exam was in the Green Belt module. Overall I enjoyed it and looking forward to taking the Black belt class.

This is a great resource including in depth information and examples and interactive parts/tests. One little IT enhancement- if you finished a class and went back into that finished class the system forgot that you already did the rest of it.

The session was helpful and demonstrated useful customer service skills and examples.

I enjoyed taking the course and the content was very useful. To complete the certification did take several attempts to pass.

The material is excellent. I still have continued problems to access the training material. In the Analyze Phase, Process Analysis Sub-Phase, there is still the content of a slide which has not been made available to me, despite the repeated requests made to your support area: the ACCESS keeps appearing as DENIED. Why? On the other hand, please provide a certification of approval of the YB course, please.

A well put together course, really liked the downloadable forms/charts/spreadsheets for future modification/use in projects. Ability to look at toggle between script and menu a plus. I enjoyed format and liked how it was laid out. I have years of experience and have used many of the tools in past work/projects. But being able to see the systematic nature of how it all ties together and the "why" it should be implemented at X step and not at Y or without doing Z first is extremely valuable and should hopefully minimize or eliminate the hiccups in projects!

I tend to absorb more in a traditional classroom setting, but the material was well organized and I appreciated the practical application of tools to the Bahama Bistro project example. Nothing can take the place of an in-person coach or mentor, but the coaching sessions still provided a lot of value and helped me think through the approach to my project. I was notified that I'd received my certification through an email to complete a survey -- this was a bit anticlimactic. It would have been nice to have been notified by my coach with a more personalized message.
