The process was fast and easy. Whoever isn't using this service to sell their gold is truly missing out. I got paid the day I accepted my offer. The only thing I would change is the phone presentation. When I called, it sounded like someone at a residential address answered. Maybe try an official phone greeting to sound more commercial. Other than that, everything was wonderful!

I had the best experience with Gold to Cash. I printed the shipping label and sent off my gold jewelry with fedex. They got my package in 2 days and sent me an offer in a few hours. The amount was good and I got my payment the same day as promised!

It’s been a month and have not even received my package of jewelry back after we both agreeing for it to be sent back and have Sent email after email asking about my package and trying to find out what the deal was and why I have not received it back yet and still no response from them! This is unacceptable and seems like to me that they just kept my lil bit of jewelry and why I don’t get cause isn’t much but it’s mine but because they won’t answer my email and let me know something to where I can locate my jewelry and I have no jewelry then seems like something is up and this is unacceptable and will be looking in to this to see what can be done about this and not receiving my jewelry! Bet that!

Even though I had mailed the gold and received a receipt from Fedex, it wasn't listed as having even been received in their system. It never showed up, even after I already got an offer. I was worried the package was lost. If you don't buy an item, it should get returned.
