Lost watch. Months with no payout.
Sent my rolex to this company, was quoted $7-8k It was delivered according to records on November 4th. They didn't even notice it was delivered and started a FedEx case in December. I was told that my tracking number got switched to a different package and it appears they "lost" my watch, I've been waiting for months and neither goldtocash or FedEx have provided any outcome or payout. I am extremely frustrated by this and I would wait until I had a conclusion to leave a review but nobody knows when a resolution will be reached. Luckily the package was Insured but as stated I have not received a payout. I hope this would never happen to anyone else, be extremely careful when dealing with companies such as this as a lot of money is at risk.

Hi Daniel, we are very sorry that this happened, however that is something we can't control, packages may get lost in transit and unfortunately thats beyond our control. We noticed that the package was mis-delivered and filed a claim right away. We are trying our best to help FedEx complete the investigation and provide a payout.
