after paying maintenance for 2 years…still a dead horse
after paying maintenance for 2 years and dealing with their support, i still do not have a working program. they tell me it is a networking issue and will not answer any questions until i pay a 3rd year maintenance contract. i loved using the program but it has been a disaster from day 1. we were a long time user when it was a dbase system. unfortunately, it is riddled with issues, which is why i thought i should have the maintenance program....I could tell you a thousand reasons why the program (when it works) is the best program, everything revolves around the contact in one spot... just cant get it to keep working without issues. went from dbase, to cloud, to 3 licenes, to undocked, to docked all trying work around issues. and still a dead horse. if you want proof, i can supply support tickets to substantiate my comments.
