Oh my gosh I have a great time every time I stop in. Levi and Nidal are definitely outstanding gentleman. They both are professional and knowledgeable. I can't wait to stop in again and see either one of there smiling faces. Thanks guys.

I bought a gold Hip Hop necklace and after 4 years the clasp and surrounding area faded and looked bad. I spoke to Amy in Customer Service and sent back the necklace. I was notified that they would replace the necklace , but that it was out of stock at this time. I called back and spoke to Amy in customer service again and that if I wanted I could choose a different necklace instead. I just got my new necklace and it is wonderful. And just wanted to say what a great customer service rep Amy is.

I have only been a customer in that I have sold gold jewelry to Gold Guys. I've had nothing but good experiences with them. They are fair and courteous.

I was very happy with my experience with the gold guys. I would really like to find a gold guys store, so I can bring more jewelry in for an appraisal.
