This is my first Time using a storage unit. Everything was explained, all of my questions were answered, and I felt very comfortable and safe

Super friendly employees and managers and well protected units. Always helped me out from a distance.

My wife and I were moving back to California from Texas and there was a last minute delay on the closing of our home in California that required us to find a storage unit to hold all of our possessions quickly. Art at Golden State Storage was extremely helpful not only during the sign up but also on the day the moving van brought our possessions. Moving is one of he most stressful events in one's life especially half way across the country. While this was short term, our experience and the customer service was such that if we need a storage unit in the future; Golden State Storage will be the place.

Love the facilities--Clean, Safe Good Value... Love the Staff--Professional, thorough, friendly. Thanks Golden State Storage!

Everything was nice and easy
